Responsibilities- Lead business development activities and present comprehensive tax strategies to prospects and clients
- Maintain client communications, meet deadlines, and stay current on legislation
- Perform primary and secondary reviews of federal and state tax returns
- Draft technical tax memoranda
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate interns and staff
- Receive formal PCS and on-the-job training from top tax leaders
Key requirements- 4+ years of experience in an accounting firm, including 3+ years in Private Client
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Advanced credential allowing IRS client representation (CPA or JD)
- Self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
