Overview In this role you own end-to-end support for the MoneyGuide vendor financial advice tool, driving enhancements aligned with advisor needs. You will lead or support large-scale projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure tool reliability across the Financial Advice business. You will coordinate with finance, marketing, technology, and compliance to deliver initiatives and maintain tool readiness. The role blends program management, operations, and people leadership, offering exposure to a client-centric, relationship-based culture. You will help shape the tool roadmap and enable advisors to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities- Project and program management for enhancements and maintenance of financial advice tools
- Operations management of the vendor tool, including issue resolution, security reviews, procurement, and tool validation
- Relationship management with vendors, field teams, product, marketing, technology, legal, and compliance to align tool strategy
- People leadership including coaching, performance management, and cross-team project leadership
Key requirements- High school or equivalent
- 3-5 years financial services experience
- Experience in financial services and strong project/program management skills
- Understanding of technical development processes, compliance controls, field organization, and competitive landscape
