Account Manager

In this role you drive new business and account growth for Satincorp, acting as a bridge between clients and delivery teams. You translate client IT and business initiatives into workforce and service opportunities, shaping proposals and strategies with cross-functional partners. You'll generate leads, secure meetings, and guide the sales process from first contact to close, contributing to Satincorp's market leadership in IT services. • Create and execute strategies for account intelligence and new/existing client growth
• Provide customer service and industry knowledge to consultants and clients
• Generate sales leads, cold-call prospects, and arrange client meetings
• Understand client business and IT initiatives and environments to inform workforce planning
• Prepare and deliver effective client proposals
• Collaborate with recruiters to manage pipeline, activity, and goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors
