Overview As Director of Commercial Merchandising, you will lead the integrated commercial strategy across SuperATV's digital and marketplace channels to drive revenue, margin, and growth. You will align merchandising, pricing, promotions, and marketplace initiatives with cross-functional partners to deliver profitable outcomes. You translate market opportunities and customer demand into actionable priorities and oversee catalog governance, platform operations, and customer experience. You'll shape category strategy across brands and own performance metrics, from AOV to retention. This role offers the chance to impact scaling growth in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth-focused commercial plans across brand portfolio
- Define category growth strategies using demand, competition, and market trends
- Prioritize DTC and marketplace activities while protecting dealer relationships
- Partner with NPD on roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee merchandising, CRO initiatives, and on-site customer journey optimization
- Own revenue, margin, AOV, conversion, and profitability targets
- Lead pricing governance, promotions, and discount structures
- Drive marketplace growth, listing health, and account performance
- Manage platform enhancements and cross-functional release processes
- Provide leadership for PIM governance, data standards, and fitment accuracy
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field
- 8+ years in ecommerce/merchandising/marketplace leadership with 5+ years leading teams
- Strong financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of pricing, promotions, digital marketing, analytics, and ecommerce technologies
