Overview As the Circuit Card Design Engineer, you drive electrical architecture for a missile system and oversee the full hardware lifecycle from design to environmental qualification. You collaborate with production, program and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable CCAs on schedule, balancing mission safety with innovative, affordable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of design, tests, and production readiness, shaping critical subsystems for contained-launcher missiles. You'll lead technical excellence and liaise with government counterparts to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities- Lead Electrical Architecture for a missile system
- Oversee full product life cycle activities (design development, milestone reviews, SDRL concurrence, FAT, DVT, MIL-STD qualification)
- Coordinate Functional & Physical Configuration Audits and Production Readiness events
- Report risks to Program Manager and Chief Engineer; liaise to resolve supplier issues
- Partner with government counterparts as Lockheed Martin's subsystem representative
- Drive innovative, affordable, schedule-focused solutions while upholding safety requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least eight years of experience
- Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test
- Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent
- Experience with Cadence Pspice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
