Overview In this role you will lead capital infrastructure project delivery for utility clients in the Southwest, coordinating cross-functional teams across planning, execution, and financials. You will work with the Arizona Account Director to drive grid transformation, sustainability, and technology innovation. You will assess performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting growth and client satisfaction. This role blends strategic advisory with program management in a dynamic utilities environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate multiple workstreams
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project activities and performance
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
- Oversee contracts and financials for projects
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze project data to optimize performance and decision-making
- Identify issues and propose practical solutions
- Provide stakeholder liaison and track timelines across engagements
- Support development and rollout of project management methodologies; coach adoption
- Coordinate with client account and project teams to develop innovative solutions
- Support growth and client satisfaction within account teams
- May include grants management compliance
Key requirements- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
- Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Public Policy and/or related discipline with 7+ years of post-graduation project management in the power utilities sector
- Knowledgeable in all phases of the capital projects and project management lifecycle beyond IT PM
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with stakeholder and financial management
- Ability to visualize and synthesize project data into insights for data-informed decisions
- Ability to own significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proposal writing experience including budget development and managing timelines with SME input
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and inquisitive, continuous-improvement mindset
