Overview

In this role you will lead day-to-day oversight of O&E contract personnel and drive program ideation aligned with government expectations. You will serve as the contractor's liaison, shaping schedules, performance, and communications strategies while preparing government-facing responses. The position sits at the intersection of public relations, content development, and stakeholder management within a defense-focused environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, branding, and outreach efforts support program goals and client missions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with operational delivery to influence O&E outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of O&E contract personnel
  • Collaborate on task order performance and program ideation
  • Provide recommendations to Government on O&E schedules, personnel, performance, and ideation
  • Prepare responses to Government on O&E issues, concerns, or problems
  • Communicate information accurately to stakeholders
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to O&E, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Minimum 10 years in B2B and/or B2G communications
  • Minimum 8 years in government, corporate, or marketing communications roles
  • Minimum 5 years managing communications resources (internal/external relationships, vendors, agencies)
  • Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, messaging, corporate communications, O&E, public relations, brand development, content creation, web/social media operations, project management, and related areas
  • NACI investigation Favorably adjudicated at proposal submission
