Responsibilities- Lead a team of employees to manufacture products that improve lives globally
- Drive operational excellence across EHS, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, cost, and employee relations
- Oversee plant EHS&S practices in line with regulatory and company expectations
- Accelerate value creation through end-to-end supply chain responsiveness and issue resolution
- Develop strategic plans and budgets applying disruptive tech, Lean Six Sigma, and employee engagement
- Champion inclusive programs to create an exceptional workplace for all employees
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of combined experience in quality, product/process/project engineering, or manufacturing
- Five (5) years of management experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership ability and history of leading high-performance teams
