Director, Revenue Strategy - Firefly Enterprise & Adobe Brand Intelligence

In this role you drive the revenue strategy for Firefly Enterprise within Adobe, translating market signals into product and commercial choices. You surface drivers of deal size, cycle length, and win rate, and translate quarterly insights into pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities. You partner with product, sales, finance, and RevOps to clear obstacles and close late-stage deals. You engage with customers in meetings and workshops to represent product perspectives and bring customer needs back to the team. You also build enablement programs to empower the field.

• Maintain an always-on view of revenue performance across the Firefly Enterprise portfolio and surface deal drivers
• Turn quarterly insights into pricing, packaging, positioning, and product roadmap priorities
• Partner with product, sales, finance, and revenue operations to clear obstacles and help late-stage deals close
• Join customer meetings, executive briefings, and use case workshops to translate customer needs into product guidance
• Build enablement and certification programs to empower the field

• Senior-level experience combining time at a leading strategy consulting firm with later roles in product, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership
• Background in enterprise software, ideally in product strategy, revenue strategy, or commercial roles
• Familiarity with enterprise AI, machine learning, or applied data products
• Comfort moving between analysis, executive conversations, and day-to-day execution
• A track record of shaping outcomes, not just reporting on them
