Responsibilities- Provide advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues
- Support transactional work related to employment matters (e.g., M&A, restructurings)
- Contribute to cross-border employment projects with global teams
- Engage in international employment law matters and counseling for global operations
- Collaborate across offices to deliver practical, commercial guidance
Key requirements- 4 to 6 years of experience in global employment and labor law
- Employment counseling experience
- Transactional experience
- Background in international employment law
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Top-tier law firm employment practice experience
- Bar admission and in good standing in the state of employment
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, global team
