Responsibilities- Conduct cutting-edge AI research from frontier LLMs to embedding models and rerankers

Key requirements- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Track record of new ideas or improvements in ML (e.g., first-author publications in top venues)
- Strong background in ML, deep learning, and NLP
- Experience building complex neural networks for language and visual understanding
- Ability to conduct rigorous empirical studies to validate theoretical results
