Overview In this role, you drive AI enablement for enterprise platforms, shaping the adoption of Anthropic Claude and OpenAI across the organization. You collaborate with vendors, technical owners, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, launches, and high-value use cases. You lead enablement programs, craft adoption strategies, and align cross-functional teams to maximize impact of AI capabilities. Responsibilities- Own end-to-end product roadmap and release schedule for Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI platforms, coordinating with vendor teams and internal owners
- Evaluate new AI capabilities and platform updates, assessing fit, risk, and competitive positioning to guide adoption strategy
- Act as primary liaison among Anthropic, OpenAI, other vendors, and stakeholders to align on priorities and messaging
- Design, launch, and manage preview/early access programs for new AI capabilities and translate feedback into go/no-go decisions
- Own enablement strategy for AI capabilities; develop communications, training content, and adoption playbooks, tracking uptake and removing adoption barriers
- Provide leadership to the digital enablement team and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on enablement activities and outcomes
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in maintaining a respectful work environment
Key requirements- Eight years of experience leading AI product management, platform enablement, or technology adoption initiatives
- Experience managing vendor relationships, release cycles, and roadmaps for enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Experience defining use cases for generative AI/LLM capabilities and knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and change/enablement methodologies
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build high-performing teams
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and experience in resource planning
- Ability to travel as needed
