Overview In this role you drive integrated, multi-channel marketing to grow the brand, generate demand, and impact revenue. You partner with Sales, Product, and Strategy to translate priorities into scalable campaigns aligned to go-to-market plans. You'll lead end-to-end programs across global markets, collaborating with centralized teams to optimize pipeline outcomes. Responsibilities- Develop integrated global marketing strategies aligned to revenue objectives
- Advise senior stakeholders on go-to-market and demand generation approaches
- Prioritize and plan campaigns across segments and geographies to meet growth targets
- Own marketing contribution to pipeline, demand generation targets, and campaign ROI
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting with Marketing Analytics
- Translate performance insights into actionable optimization recommendations
- Execute campaigns through cross-functional collaboration with marketing operations, digital, analytics, content, communications and events
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement
- Govern campaign processes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, processes, and tools
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Mentor junior marketing team members
Key requirements- 8-12 years of relevant experience in marketing
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with experience leading integrated strategy and execution
- Proven track record delivering global, multi-channel campaigns with measurable pipeline/revenue impact
- Strong strategic planning, campaign orchestration, and stakeholder management at senior levels
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights from data
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management and ability to manage complex, concurrent programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
