Overview In this Drywall Estimator role, you will lead commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling project estimations and oversee pricing, submittals, procurement, and scheduling for awarded work. You'll manage multi-project portfolios across Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive project success and compliance with contractual requirements. This is a hands-on, results-driven position at a long-established drywall subcontractor, offering growth through large-scale projects and cross-location coordination.

Responsibilities- Project management on commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects
- Manage pricing, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling for awarded projects
- Oversee overall project success including budget, schedule, and quality
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain contractual documentation
- Oversee contractual requirements and project documentation
Key requirements- 3+ years commercial drywall estimating experience
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc.
- Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
- Experience with projects $1M+
