Key requirements- Six years of clinical laboratory experience, with two years in management
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences (required)
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure (required)
- MT (ASCP) certification (preferred)
- Masters degree (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory principles, procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards
