Overview

In this role you help plan, implement, and maintain organizational and managerial expertise to support high-functioning programs across research, quality and patient safety, and division initiatives. You will work with international partners and leadership to develop and monitor systems, budgets, and staffing, driving cross-border operational excellence. You'll analyze data, generate KPI reports, and advise on long-range planning and external relations. The position blends people leadership with financial oversight to sustain robust program outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational and managerial expertise for high-functioning programs across research, quality/patient safety, and division initiatives
  • Perform analysis, compile data, and advise leadership on long-range planning, budgeting, staffing, and external relations
  • Ensure proper staffing and effective scheduling to cover all program functions
  • Provide orientation to new employees in line with Foundation and Cleveland Clinic expectations
  • Collaborate with international finance to prepare, manage, and monitor annual budget
  • Guide employees in complex aspects of their work and serve as liaison for IT-related functions
  • Support international leadership in day-to-day operations and mentor project staff
  • Assist with organization and management of smaller operational activities under the international project
  • Interpret and communicate policies/procedures between Cleveland Clinic and international partner
  • Generate reports on quality, compliance, and operational KPIs for the international project
  • Provide back-up administration to the International Project in absence of the Administrator
  • Other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Three to five years of relevant experience including one to two years on large projects
  • Organizational, personnel and financial management experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, manpower planning, supervision, and operational analysis
