Sales Manager

In this role you guide families and older adults through the sales journey, supporting move-ins with a local, hands-on approach. You will collaborate with professionals and community stakeholders to generate referrals and align with leadership on sales and marketing plans that drive revenue and occupancy. • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
• Senior Living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation
