You partner with portfolio management, research, and cross-functional teams to convert ideas into production AI solutions while maintaining governance and compliance. You drive prototypes to enterprise-ready capabilities, influencing the AI roadmap and delivering measurable impact in a regulated, client-focused environment. Responsibilities- Translate investment strategies and research priorities into AI-enabled solutions that improve outcomes and efficiency
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept and production AI capabilities leveraging analytics and LLMs
- Collaborate across Investments, Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance to meet security, governance, and regulatory standards
- Influence and advance the AI and investment tech roadmap by identifying high-value opportunities
- Lead scaling of successful prototypes with engineering and platform teams for long-term value
Key requirements- 10+ years in investment management, quantitative research/strategy, and hands-on software or AI engineering
- Experience working with trading desks, portfolio managers, or investment researchers; front-office exposure strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-enabled applications (RAG/embeddings, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, API integration)
- Strong Python production-quality coding skills
- Cloud infrastructure experience and modern software practices (CI/CD, version control, API design)
- Fluency in at least one asset class (equities, fixed income, multi-asset, or macro) to contribute to discussions
- Track record delivering secure, auditable AI solutions in regulated environments with risk/compliance
