Responsibilities- Performing or supporting project management and project controls of construction projects
- Analyzing and managing construction project scope, cost, schedule, contracts, resources, changes and risks
- Evaluating, monitoring, and reporting on performance of projects
- Performing data management and analytics
- Supporting analysis of construction claims
- Responding to requests of project leads and clients
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or construction consulting
- Ability to work within project teams with a strong desire to contribute
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Primavera and Microsoft Office tools
- Presently legally authorized to work in the US, no immigration sponsorship or visa processing required
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering or related field (Advanced degrees preferred)
