Overview In this FP&A Associate role, you will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycle and deliver management reports for senior leaders. You will partner with firm-wide P&A, lines of business, and Functional Finance teams to produce insightful analyses and impactful presentations. You'll build and maintain financial models, perform deep-dive analyses, and drive timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives. This role combines quantitative rigor with cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making at a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare management reports
- Create presentations and materials for senior management and internal clients
- Develop, consolidate, and present qualitative and quantitative financial analyses
- Build and maintain financial models and analyses (recurring and ad-hoc)
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and propose solutions
- Collaborate across P&A, lines of business, and Functional Finance to deliver initiatives
- Maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
Key requirements- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- At least 3 years of FP&A experience in financial services
- Self-starter in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and remain composed under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Essbase, Visual Basic and macros
