Overview In this Construction Manager role within STV's Transportation division in New York, you will lead field oversight of major infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with contract documents. You will coordinates with field staff, inspectors, and agency partners to monitor construction activities and quality. You will act as the Owner's on-site representative, driving safety, schedule, and documentation. This role offers the chance to shape transportation projects in the New York area and work on high-impact rail, tunnel, and roadway rehabilitation efforts.

Responsibilities- Oversee field oversight and documentation for construction projects
- Coordinate inspections with field staff and external agencies
- Review construction drawings and monitor contractor performance for contract conformance
- Submit daily reports and maintain quality control of worksites
- Serve as Owner's on-site representative to coordinate matters related to quality and conformance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience on rail, tunnel, roadway, utility rehabilitation projects
- Experience with policies, procedures, and specifications for City Reconstruction Contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and agencies
