Overview In this role you represent TEPEZZA to physicians and health care professionals, drive territory sales, and manage accounts within the LA district. You'll build strong customer relationships, navigate access and reimbursement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales goals. The position blends education on disease states with strategic account planning, within a collaborative, science-driven culture. You'll help patients by promoting a cutting-edge treatment while advancing your professional growth.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales targets
- Promote TEPEZZA in alignment with labeling and regulatory guidelines
- Address access and reimbursement issues with stakeholders and matrix teams
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and goals
- Meet or exceed corporate sales goals
- Report territory activity accurately and timely
- Educate healthcare professionals on disease state and product information
- Provide feedback to leadership on market changes and results
- Coordinate with patient services, market access, and field teams to support account needs
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed
- Manage budget for promotions and operations
- Utilize resources to achieve territory goals
- Complete required training and administrative duties
- Contribute as part of a high-performance team
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Company
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or hospital sales (see options)
- 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device or hospital sales (or
- Associate degree + 6 years of relevant sales experience
- High school diploma/GED + 8 years of relevant sales experience
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Site of care and reimbursement experience (preferred)
- Pharma account management selling experience (essential)
