Overview

As a Senior ETF Specialist, you will support the field distribution of Invesco's U.S.-listed ETF platform and help grow market share by delivering ETF expertise and tailored client education. You'll work closely with Consultants to craft targeted plans and provide resources that explain strategies, positioning, and portfolio construction. The role combines client-facing education, presentations, and deep product knowledge to differentiate Invesco's ETF offering. This is a performance-driven, consultative role with significant travel to engage clients and drive business development. You will join a global firm known for innovation across asset classes and investment styles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Consultants to grow ETF market share and net sales for the U.S.-listed ETF platform
  • Support Consultants in the field as the primary ETF specialist, developing business plans and providing ETF resources to clients
  • Deliver education on investment strategies, product positioning, and portfolio construction to clients with varying ETF knowledge
  • Lead presentations across virtual, phone, and in-person formats to differentiate the ETF platform
  • Serve as a reliable resource for client inquiries on ETF features and performance
  • Travel up to 80% to support client engagement and business development
Key requirements
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required; CIMA or CFA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of investment experience with deep ETFs expertise
  • Proven track record with financial advisors and territory management
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to maintain client relationships
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced quantitative, analytical, and investment research capabilities
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, growth-minded with passion for capital markets, asset management, and ETFs
