Overview In this field-based role, you assess construction-related risk across NY, NJ, and CT and support underwriting on risk selection and pricing. You lead loss control strategies for large accounts, identify trends, and coordinate service resources to improve outcomes. You'll work closely with underwriters, brokers, and insureds to drive performance and risk mitigation. This position offers autonomy, exposure to underwriting decisions, and meaningful impact across national accounts.

Responsibilities- Assess GL, WC, and Auto risks in the field
- Support underwriting on risk selection, pricing, and renewals
- Lead loss control strategy for assigned accounts
- Identify loss trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate vendors and service resources
Key requirements- 10+ years in risk control, insurance, or industrial risk
- Strong construction casualty background
- Carrier experience preferred
- Solid understanding of GL, WC, and Auto coverage
- Comfortable working with underwriters, brokers, and insureds
- Strong field and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts
- CPCU, ARM, CRM, CSP, CFPS, or CIH a plus
