Overview In this role you lead a senior electrical engineering team to deliver advisory services and design solutions for clients across markets. You will work with account managers to pursue strategic opportunities and guide projects from concept to detailed design and execution. You will mentor junior staff, shape strategy, and contribute to business development in the energy transition portfolio. This position offers end-to-end project delivery and a chance to influence energy resiliency and decarbonization efforts. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to solve complex energy challenges and deliver impact for clients.

Responsibilities- Lead an electrical engineering team delivering advisory and design solutions for clients across market sectors
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales on pursuits of strategic importance
- Mentor and develop junior/mid-level staff; manage project delivery details
- Engage with clients to understand energy needs and translate them into concept-level plans and detailed designs
- Support strategy formation, business development, and growth of the energy transition portfolio
- Oversee proposals, scope development, and manhour estimates for engineering services
- Contribute to owner's engineer roles, contract management, and advisory/due diligence activities
Key requirements- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
- Professional Engineering licensure (any US state) or ability to obtain license in additional states
- Proven ability to engage with clients, develop relationships and win work
- Experience in business growth strategy and exploring new project opportunities
- Experience with proposal development and project execution planning
- Passion for mentoring and development of junior staff
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
