Overview

In this role you will lead Procore's global benefits strategy, design, and execution across all regions to deliver innovative, cost-conscious health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing solutions that support attraction, retention, and employee wellness at scale. You will align benefits with company culture and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize performance, compliance, and employee experience. This position offers strategic impact in a high-growth tech environment with global reach and regulatory complexity. Responsibilities
  • Define and steer the global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap across health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Manage vendor, broker, and consultant relationships including RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance
  • Collaborate with Finance to forecast budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze utilization trends
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and country-specific international regulations
  • Oversee end-to-end annual open enrollment and coordinate system configurations and communications
  • Design localized benefits frameworks for new regions as Procore expands globally
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing benefits team for operational excellence
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex benefits inquiries and advise People Partners on sensitive employee matters
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in global benefits, total rewards, or HR in high-growth or public companies
  • Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and multi-country international programs
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to use utilization data for executive recommendations and budgeting
  • Proven experience negotiating vendor contracts, leading RFPs, and driving broker performance
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability, fostering operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Legal, Finance, and People teams
