Responsibilities- Own the ERP capabilities strategy, roadmap, and execution for finance-related systems
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, FinTech, and stakeholders to define priorities and translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP enhancements, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Drive governance, change management, and prioritization across competing needs while balancing speed, risk, and long-term scalability
- Ensure ERP solutions support strong controllership, compliance, auditability, and operational excellence across global finance processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and gaps, lead simplification of workflows, and improve user experience
- Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, data flows, and system extensibility to meet business needs
- Support large-scale finance transformation programs, including ERP modernization and migration from legacy tools
- Lead stakeholder communication with senior leaders and partner teams, including updates on risks, decisions, and trade-offs
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership, high standards, continuous learning, and customer obsession
Key requirements- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- 4+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
