Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy across data management, AI-powered data engineering, governance, platforms, advanced analytics, and data science with measurable value.
  • Build and scale a global data science and AI practice spanning predictive/prescriptive modeling, ML, experimentation, decision intelligence, and generative/agentic AI, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Industrialize AI-driven insights via LLMs and self-service analytics, embedding trusted insights into business processes and decision-making.
  • Drive adoption of data and analytics by translating insights into clear narratives and embedding analytics into core workflows.
  • Partner with leaders to curate a value-driven portfolio of use cases, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and ROI.
  • Modernize and scale AI-powered data engineering and DataOps with automated pipelines, data quality, metadata, and cataloging for reusable data products.
  • Deliver enterprise-grade data and AI architecture, including MLOps/LLMOps, platforms, models, and visualization with a prioritized roadmap.
  • Establish standards across the data/AI lifecycle, governance, security, and responsible AI to ensure scalable, resilient capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global multidisciplinary team, shaping operating models and ways of working.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, promoting data- and AI-driven decision-making across brands and functions.
Key requirements
  • 15+ years in technology with 8+ years leading enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI functions, delivering strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in data science, ML, statistical modeling, experimentation, and decision intelligence with experience operationalizing models via MLOps.
  • Experience industrializing generative/agentic AI, including LLMs and LLMOps, to deliver scalable insights.
  • Experience designing and scaling modern data platforms and AI-powered data engineering (lakehouse, streaming, DataOps) through high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to operationalize insights via KPIs, dashboards, and embedded, self-service, and conversational analytics.
  • Strong architecture leadership with target architectures and roadmaps across data platforms, models, and visualization.
  • Expertise in data governance, security, cataloging, lineage, and responsible AI with hands-on tooling.
  • Experience leading cloud-based data/AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Proven success building and leading globally distributed teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding vendor selection and platform investment decisions; consumer products industry experience preferred.
