Overview In this MoTS role, you own complete robot systems and guide multiple engineers from concept to manufacturing and support. You will prototype, verify, and iterate hardware while coordinating cross-functional teams to build the right solutions. You mentor engineers, growing them into leaders and owners. Responsibilities- own the entirety of one or more robot systems from concept through manufacturing and support
- lead and mentor other engineers, guiding growth into leadership roles
- design, prototype, and iterate hardware components and subsystems
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct problem framing and solution fit
- understand tradeoffs and overall robot architecture, and reproduce solutions when needed
