Overview

In this role at TI you will join the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to accelerate your ramp into TI with structured training and on-the-job learning. As a Design Verification Engineer, you will define verification plans and develop test benches to ensure first-pass silicon success. You will run RTL/GLS simulations, execute coverage regressions, and track verification status while partnering with design, system teams, and regression tools. You will contribute to improving DV strategies, tools, and flows, and gain exposure to Digital and Analog Design to broaden your expertise. Responsibilities
  • Develop verification plans in coordination with design and system teams
  • Create and run test benches, tests, and simulations at RTL and GLS
  • Perform coverage regressions to meet coverage goals
  • Track and communicate verification status, issues, and risks
  • Develop scripts and work with regression tools to manage regression submissions
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in DV strategy, tools, methods, and flows
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
  • GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to ramp quickly on new systems and processes
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
  • Initiative and drive for results
