Tax Manager Commercial Real Estate

In this Tax Manager role within the Commercial Real Estate team, you drive tax advisory efforts for CRE clients and support staff development. You collaborate across the Real Estate Industry Group to deliver value, manage client deliverables, and liaise with senior leaders. You'll tackle complex tax topics, ensure quality of guidance, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded culture. • Manage and allocate work to staff; direct communication with clients, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners
• Research and communicate complex tax topics; interact with tax authorities as needed
• Identify client needs through tax research and analysis
• Mentor and support staff development and performance

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Taxation
• CPA, JD or EA required
• 6+ years tax experience in a public accounting firm
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a collaborative environment
• Strong knowledge of Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, ProSystem fx, and BNA Tax Planner
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
