Field Sales Manager

• Grow revenue within assigned geography and achieve product goals
• Develop an annual business plan and Account Plan documents
• Maintain a prospective business report and pipeline for closing accounts
• Conduct market research and identify/target prospects; use sales automation tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as trusted advisor to clients
• Engage in joint/global client opportunities with other Account teams
• Represent ADP with high ethical standards and professionalism

• 5+ years of sales experience
• College degree not required (degree optional)
• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is a plus
• Military experience acceptable for relevant skills
