Overview In this role you will lead T&E training efforts for a DHS program, shaping curriculum and delivering expert instruction. You'll apply adult learning and instructional design to align content with DHS directives and mission goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training supports program planning, analysis, and mission execution. Expect to work across in-person and virtual settings, translating complex requirements into effective learning experiences. Responsibilities- Deliver T&E instruction for DHS courses in person and virtually using adult learning concepts
- Review and update formal T&E curriculum and create new content aligned with DHS directives
- Provide SME support for adult learning principles and interactive training materials
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to support planning, oversight, and mission execution
- Support system-level analysis and integration related to training content and threat/vulnerability assessment
- Assist with technical assessment and evaluation to support RDT&E toward the DHS mission
- Communicate findings and recommendations to diverse government stakeholders
Key requirements- Advanced degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience
- DHS T&E Level 3, DAWIA T&E Practitioner Level 2/3, and/or CTEP certification
- Expertise in adult learning principles and development of interactive training materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Secret clearance with ability to obtain DHS suitability
