Overview In this role you support bp's global Digital Compliance program, focusing on IT controls and IT Sox. Responsibilities- Enable IT compliance program delivery, including annual audits and control testing (IT Sox)
- Support regulatory registration, self-assessment, and audit delivery for your region and area
- Advise on compliance management, audit and testing approaches for IT Sox and other programs
- Support technology teams through projects to identify and manage compliance risks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing AI/automation to enhance control effectiveness
- Establish and monitor relationships with key delivery partners in compliance
Key requirements- Experience in governance, risk and compliance within a large organization
- Hands-on knowledge of IT controls, including SOx
