Overview As an Automotive Sales Manager you will build and nurture professional relationships with dealership teams to improve efficiency, profitability, and effectiveness. You'll diagnose pain points using proven consulting programs and industry knowledge, delivering solutions and earning ongoing fee-for-service support after project completion. This role combines field consulting with proactive relationship management to grow consulting services nationwide. Expect extensive travel, remote work support, and opportunities to shape dealership performance at scale.

Responsibilities- Establish professional relationships with dealership personnel
- Identify trouble areas within the dealership using established consulting programs
- Apply consulting services to resolve issues and improve efficiency
- Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support
- Drive consulting services sales through demonstrated success and trust build
Key requirements- experienced automotive sales/F&I professionals
- willingness to travel up to 5 nights per week (overnight stays)
