Overview

In this role you will lead the manufacturing and operations function across multiple sites to drive financial performance and operational excellence. You will build a scalable structure aligned with the company's growth strategy and oversee safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will mentor high-performing leaders, implement Kaizen and CI initiatives, and shape the operating model to support expansion. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence national manufacturing capabilities and capacity, with relocation to Indiana.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-site manufacturing and operations to align with strategic goals
  • Manage and develop high-performing operations leaders and staff
  • Implement safety programs consistent with company values
  • Oversee budgeting, working capital, and cost optimization
  • Streamline KPI systems with a focus on leading indicators
  • Develop next-generation capabilities and capacity planning
  • Ensure adherence to the operating model across sites and corporate coordination
  • Review financial performance and adjust plans to meet objectives
  • Provide resources, training, and mentoring to staff
  • Institutionalize Continuous Improvement through Kaizen and cross-functional problem solving
  • Deploy EHS, Quality, and Sustainability systems at the corporate and site levels
  • Create a three-year plan to support revenue, profitability, and growth
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related
  • 15-20+ years in engineering, operations, and manufacturing
  • 7-10 years of senior leadership in operations and manufacturing
  • Multisite operations leadership experience
  • Proven CI and lean, standardization, Six Sigma, Kaizen experience
  • Strong financial acumen with operating budgets and capex
  • Industrial manufacturing experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
