Overview

In this role you drive strategic market growth by building high-level partnerships with healthcare organizations. You'll act as a trusted advisor to executives, linking organizational priorities to workforce solutions across staffing, technology and advisory services. You'll lead cross-functional efforts to demonstrate measurable value and expand Aya's footprint in designated markets. The position combines strategic development, executive interaction and hands-on solution positioning within a fast-growing, people-first culture.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market-development strategies to generate new business and long-term partnerships
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with hospital and health-system leaders
  • Identify organizations facing labor-cost and staffing challenges and connect them to Aya solutions
  • Position Aya as a strategic workforce partner rather than a traditional staffing vendor
  • Lead discovery meetings, executive presentations, proposals and negotiations
  • Collaborate with Business Development to build business cases showing measurable value
  • Monitor labor-market trends and evolving client needs
  • Represent Aya at healthcare conferences and industry events
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and client-focused culture
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Seven+ years in healthcare business development, strategic sales, consulting or workforce solutions
  • Proven success selling complex healthcare solutions to hospitals or health systems
  • Ability to engage senior executives and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, labor economics and workforce challenges
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to translate workforce challenges into clear business solutions
