Overview In this role, you will lead high-visibility capital projects across ADI's global portfolio, from inception to close-out. You'll own scope, budget, schedule, and quality, coordinating with external design firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver facilities that meet safety and performance standards. You will drive feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk management while aligning projects with corporate objectives. This position offers the chance to shape global facilities for offices, labs, and cleanrooms in a rapidly growing, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Direct global construction projects across ADI facilities including offices, R&D labs, and cleanrooms
- Own scope, budget, schedule, and quality; coordinate external design firms and contractors
- Develop project charters, scope, objectives, and deliverables; conduct feasibility and risk assessments
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budgets; monitor expenditures
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, EHS, Facilities Design) to translate requirements into design
- Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage master agreements
- Coordinate permitting and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Oversee scheduling, risks, and change management; approve changes and invoices
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular status and risk reports to management; manage close-out and turnover processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience from conception to close-out
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and report large capital project budgets
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, hazardous materials)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a global, multi-time-zone environment with remote projects
