Overview In this role you join a small, dynamic mixed-signal IC design team at Cisco to develop ultra-high-speed analog blocks for optical communications. You will collaborate across design groups to deliver signal- and power-aware CMOS technology integrated with ASICs. You'll lead a large block through conception, simulation, layout, measurement and production, mentoring peers and ensuring cross-functional alignment with packaging and hardware. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge high-speed AMS circuits in a global, collaborative environment with growth opportunities. This position combines hands-on design with impact on scalable, next-generation fiber-optic transceivers.
