Overview In this role you act as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, HOAs, and property managers, tailoring cash management and treasury solutions. You will translate client needs into product recommendations, collaborate with sales and product teams, and drive opportunities across a regional footprint. You'll manage client satisfaction, help develop new offerings, and lead the implementation of chosen solutions. This position combines advisory expertise with proactive networking and field sales to grow relationships and revenue.
Responsibilities- Advise clients (commercial, HOA, PMC) and assess their cash management needs
- Collaborate with client-facing teammates to tailor product solutions and support sales opportunities
- Network to acquire new customers and coordinate with lending teams
- Manage client satisfaction and advocate for clients within the bank
- Oversee treasury solutions implementation and ensure smooth delivery
- Analyze accounts to prepare proposals and close sales
- Determine suitable product sets using consultative selling techniques
- Maintain relationships and up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and pricing
- Create monthly sales reports and track pipeline
- Attend meetings and industry events to maintain market presence
- Follow up on sales calls with district and territory managers
- Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients through cross-functional collaboration
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements related to cash management products
Key requirements- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of Treasury Solutions Sales experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Business, Accounting, Finance, etc) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Treasury Solutions Sales preferred
- AAFP certification preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for proposals
- Broad familiarity with US treasury management products and trends
- Ability to review bank statements and map to product sets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cash management products
