Overview As Product Marketing Manager, Internal Products, you translate internal user needs into actionable product and adoption priorities to improve how Walmart Connect teams operate. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Measurements to shape roadmap decisions, launches, and adoption. You'll craft compelling internal messaging, enablement, and playbooks to drive consistent usage of internal tools. This role offers the chance to influence internal product success at scale and impact day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities- Represent internal users in roadmap planning and prioritization to identify pain points and business impact
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect internal opportunities in roadmaps
- Deeply understand internal tools and workflows to support education, enablement, and adoption
- Support GTM strategy, launch assets, messaging, and enablement for internal users
- Define adoption milestones and activation approaches for priority tools
- Track adoption progress, surface blockers, and coordinate to accelerate usage
- Identify signals affecting product performance and translate to actionable recommendations
- Create and maintain playbooks to drive consistent product usage and adoption outcomes
- Report on adoption progress, risks, and opportunities across internal products
Key requirements- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, GTM, internal tools, or related area
- Experience launching and driving adoption for internal tools or product platforms
- Ability to translate product capabilities into clear user value propositions and enablement
- Experience with role-specific GTM plans and adoption programs
- Strong cross-functional partnership and influencing skills
- Strong analytical ability to assess adoption performance and blockers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to influence roadmap and adoption with Product, Engineering, and business teams
