Responsibilities- Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level consultants, manage resources, and uphold high-quality work product.
- Serve as main point of contact for legal counsel, contractors, and clients, managing expectations and progress updates.
- Lead drafting of expert reports, rebuttals, and exhibits for court, arbitration, or mediation; may provide testimony.
- Lead business development efforts, identify opportunities, and maintain a consistent pipeline of billable work.
Key requirements- 10+ years in forensic accounting, economic damages, and claims consulting
- Bachelor in Accounting; MBA or MAcc; CPA or CFE preferred
- Previous testimony experience preferred
- Ability to lead, teach, and develop staff while driving revenue growth
