Contracts Manager

In this Contracts Manager role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of government contracts for Booz Allen's National Security team. You'll apply advanced contract knowledge to capture, negotiate, and execute proposals and agreements across markets, guiding risk-aware strategies. You'll partner with leadership to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and manage complex relationships with client counterparts. • Manage full lifecycle of contracts and proposals for government clients
• Review solicitations for risk and advise on mitigation strategies
• Negotiate terms, subcontracts, and NDAs; lead T&Cs negotiations
• Support whitepapers and proposal development; guide proposal strategy
• Ensure regulatory, OCI, and IP considerations are incorporated and compliant
• Monitor contract performance and risk across programs
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve business goals
• Advise leadership on risk and contractual strategy during capture and execution

• 5+ years of contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients
• Experience with multiple contract types (fixed-price, time and materials, cost reimbursable)
• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor perspective
• Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
• Experience reviewing terms, conditions, and statements of work for risk and mitigation under company policies
• Ability to develop creative solutions for complex contract activities to meet business goals
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Top Secret clearance
