Overview In this role you will support acute and non-acute healthcare projects from validation to close-out. You will lead design discussions, develop concepts and technical models, and ensure design intent aligns with budget and program. You will collaborate with the project team, consultants, contractors, and owners to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions. Responsibilities- Lead projects of medium complexity/size and guide project teams
- Develop and communicate design concepts through sketches, models, diagrams, and massing studies
- Utilize BIM to create 3D building models and coordinate systems
- Present design/technical information to stakeholders with the Project Manager
- Develop designs within cost parameters and select building systems/materials
- Coordinate systems for design compatibility and incorporate sustainable design principles
- Analyze site conditions and ensure design intent through documentation and construction
- Review shop drawings/submittals, respond to RFIs, and prepare site observation reports
Key requirements- 5-10 years of experience, preferably on large healthcare or institutional teams
- Bachelor in Architecture or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Newforma, Sefaira, Bluebeam, Enscape
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
