Overview In this role you lead the design and evolution of enterprise-grade contract and order management platforms. You collaborate with business and regulatory stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust architectures, data models, and compliant capabilities. You drive platform modernization, including cloud adoption and service-oriented transformations, to boost resilience and delivery velocity. You oversee secure integration across distributed systems in a web-based recordkeeping ecosystem. You will shape technical strategy and mentor multiple teams while aligning with enterprise standards and long-term goals.
Responsibilities- Lead analysis and design for complex systems across subsystems and organizations.
- Consult with business users to gather requirements and analyze technology needs.
- Plan and manage full lifecycle of systems analysis projects and scope definition.
- Guide analysts in creating and monitoring deliverables quality.
- Design new systems based on requirements.

- Oversee software quality assurance and debugging activities.
- Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in incident management to assess impacts and workarounds.

- Advise senior management on strategy and emerging technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability.
Key requirements- Six years of experience as a Director, Systems Analysis (or equivalent) with contract and order management systems, or four years with a Master's degree.
- Expertise in designing dynamic contract and order management systems for financial service models (IRS 401k/403b) using Angular, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, and SOA tools.
- Experience designing data models for financial and healthcare services (401k, 403b, HSA) with scalable databases and DRL-based regulatory rules.
- Proficiency in order workflow management, data modeling (3NF to key-value mappings), UML modeling, and system architecture.
- Experience migrating components to SaaS, cloud platforms (private/hybrid), Azure Kubernetes Service, and role-based access using Fortress.
