Overview In this role you drive the strategy and delivery of Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services for Financial Services clients. You will lead high-impact engagements, mentor teams, and shape scalable operating models and roadmaps. You collaborate with CFOs and senior leaders to translate finance challenges into practical solutions and transformative programs. Your work accelerates finance operations modernization and governance across the client landscape, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities- Define strategy and execution for complex managed services in Controllership/Record-to-Report
- Lead high-priority business development activities and RFP responses
- Advise clients and Deloitte leadership with scalable operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Oversee pipeline, qualification, governance, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams
- Manage engagement mobilization, governance, transition, and delivery excellence
- Identify growth opportunities with account leaders and expand Finance Operate services
- Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements
- Develop repeatable assets, methodologies, and delivery approaches
- Lead and coach teams, support talent development and performance management
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and market development
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 12+ years in accounting/financial reporting/controllership/Record-to-Report or related finance services
- 8+ years in managed services/shared services/outsourced delivery/finance operations
- 8+ years in Financial Services industry or serving FS clients
- Experience leading complex solutioning, sales pursuits, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services
- Experience leading client presentations, proposals, pre-RFP materials, or RFP responses
- Experience leading teams and multiple workstreams
- Travel ability around 50%
