Overview

In this role you help clients address complex finance, accounting, and operational challenges within a collaboration-driven firm. You will work on finance projects that deliver measurable value, from process improvements to automation, while developing broad expertise across multiple domains. You'll lead project workstreams, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results. This is a growth-focused opportunity at a boutique firm with Big 4 alumni leadership, offering exposure to IPO, M&A, and advisory engagements. Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete assigned project areas with direction for junior team members
  • Create and track project plans with milestones, deliverables, status, progress, and risks
  • Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations
  • Lead and train junior team members
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings
  • Develop specialized expertise across multiple areas, solutions, and technology tools
Key requirements
  • Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity)
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing teams and projects
  • Business consulting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Exposure to financial systems/tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, BI databases
  • CPA and/or MBA beneficial
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt beneficial
  • Minimum 5-7 years of consulting/industry experience
  • Willingness to travel ( 10%)
