Responsibilities- Support production operations across multiple manufacturing areas within a single plant
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource use
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality control
- Comply with GxP and SOPs; complete required training
- Coordinate and manage teams across production engineering, process development, mold/tool/model making, setup, and planning
- Maintain a well-trained, optimized labor workforce
- Promote operational excellence in Production Operations (assembly, forming, processing, packaging)
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Fluent in English
