Overview In this role you will support the Corporate, M&A and Securities practices by coordinating go-to-market initiatives that grow client relationships, raise brand awareness, and drive revenue. You will work with cross-functional teams to produce targeted materials, manage events, and track engagement to inform strategy. This position offers hybrid work in Texas and a chance to shape how a leading global law firm presents itself to clients. You will collaborate with lawyers and internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing programs that align with firm objectives.

Responsibilities- Coordinate production of client-targeted marketing materials (bids/RFPs, client presentations, publications, relationship statements) in line with growth objectives
- Identify and develop opportunities with target clients and client teams served by the practice
- Monitor progress of strategic plans and lead follow-up activities
- Plan and report on industry conference sponsorships, client presentations, seminars, and related events
- Draft and coordinate submissions for directories and surveys; prepare for interviews with lead lawyers
- Coordinate with partners on thought leadership and client alerts, in collaboration with PR
- Manage production of newsletters, blogs, client alerts, and other external communications
- Review and update marketing collateral for accuracy and consistency with brand
- Create internal communications to promote monthly engagement activities; prepare talking points
- Ensure marketing channels convey consistent messages, including social media; identify opportunities by topic
- Track client engagement in the experience management system and generate bid activity reports
- Produce internal training materials and identify topics for future programs
- Conduct or oversee basic research projects related to client relationships and executive profiles
- Maintain CRM marketing mailings/lists and update intranet content to raise BD awareness
- Process check requests, invoices, and other admin tasks for marketing activities
- Coordinate resources for internal team meetings and assist with onboarding of new team members
- Adapt to changing duties as needed and support other firm projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) with at least five years in marketing/business development within a law firm or professional services
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn and apply firm resources and technologies
- Comfort working with lawyers and staff in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, advanced Excel)
- Experience with CRM and marketing systems is a plus
