Overview In this client-focused role, you will drive growth from high-net-worth clients and their referrals by delivering holistic financial planning and portfolio service analysis. You will collaborate with an established sales and service team to support client retention, lead generation, trading, and investment research. Your responsibilities include contacting current and prospective clients to arrange meetings and to present the firm's investment strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape client outcomes and contribute to a fiduciary, fee-only practice in Tampa.

Responsibilities- Grow business with existing and former high-net-worth clients and referrals
- Meet with clients in-person and by telephone to gather assets and expand relationships
- Present investment management strategies and holistic financial planning
- Coordinate documentation collection to onboard new accounts
- Collaborate with sales/service support to manage retention, lead generation, trading, and research
Key requirements- 5+ years of client-facing or production-based experience in financial services
- Current Investment Advisor Representative designation, OR Series 65, OR Series 7/66 combination, OR qualifying designations
- Firm will assist in obtaining Series 65 within 60 days
- Extensive market knowledge and understanding of capital markets and investment products
- Experience growing business through referrals and high-volume client interactions
